Expanding a plant or site
Engineering, production, quality, maintenance and EHS roles to a commissioning date.
Our approach
How we run a team hire
- Hiring plan
We agree the roles, order of hiring, start dates and budget, starting with the hires others will report to.
- Role profiles and pay bands
We write a profile for each role and benchmark salaries so offers are consistent across the team.
- Parallel search
A lead consultant runs the plan, with specialists from each relevant practice searching in parallel.
- Weekly reporting
One report covering every role: pipeline, interviews, offers, joiners and risks.
Choosing a model
Which way to hire
| Model | Best for | How you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Permanent recruitment | Up to around ten specialist or management roles | Success fee per hire on joining |
| Recruitment process outsourcing | Larger or continuing hiring programmes | Monthly management fee plus per hire |
| Contract staffing | Getting started quickly while permanent hires join | Monthly invoice |
| Executive search | The leader who will build the team | Retained fee in stages |
Many team builds combine models, for example executive search for the leader and permanent recruitment for the team.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How many roles is a team hire?
Usually three or more related roles to a shared timeline. For much larger or ongoing volumes, RPO is often more efficient.
Can you hire in more than one city?
Yes. We recruit across India and can run searches in several cities at once.
Do fees change for multiple hires?
Fees are agreed in writing for the whole plan before work begins. See our fees page for standard rates.
How do you keep candidates through long notice periods?
We stay in regular contact with accepted candidates until they join, and help you plan onboarding.
