This policy explains how Believers Infoserv Private Limited ("Believers HR", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of job seekers, employers and visitors to this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, email, mobile number and city.
  • Career information you provide, including your CV, work history, skills and answers to application questions.
  • Employer details such as company name, billing information and hiring requirements.
  • Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment aggregator. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or net banking credentials.
  • Basic technical information needed to run the website securely.

How we use it

  • To consider you for roles you apply to, and to share your application with the relevant employer.
  • To recommend roles and send job alerts you have requested.
  • To respond to enquiries, provide services to employers and issue invoices.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Website forms

When you send your CV, an application, a job alert request, an enquiry or a message through this website, the form is delivered to our team by our website hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf. Some preferences, such as job alerts you create, are also kept in your browser; you can remove them by clearing your browser's site data.

WhatsApp messages

If you tick the WhatsApp option on one of our forms, we may send you updates about your applications, interviews and suitable roles on WhatsApp, from our official Believers HR business account. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, which processes the messages on our behalf. We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have opted in, and we never ask for money, OTPs or passwords on WhatsApp. To stop, reply STOP or email hr@believershr.com.

Sharing

We share candidate information with an employer only for roles you apply to or agree to be considered for. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Grievance Officer.
