Our services to job seekers are free. We do not guarantee employment; hiring decisions are made by employers. You agree that the information you provide is accurate.
Employers
- Fees, deliverables and replacement periods are as set out on our fees page or in a signed agreement, which prevails if the two differ.
- Candidates introduced by Believers HR may not be engaged directly or through another agency within 12 months of introduction without payment of the applicable fee.
- Invoices are payable within the agreed credit period.
Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. Online payments are processed through an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
